Welcome to Risk Management "BASIC TRAINING! This school is run much like "Basic Training" in the military or "Spring Training" before baseball season. We'll take you back to RM fundamentals, train you in the latest and greatest RM methods, and test your skills before sending you on to Advanced Individual Training (A. I. T.). Everyone comes to school having been taught at the "School of Hard-Knocks." Most of us have been burned, threatened, and put-upon by the less than honest segments of our society. Some are well seasoned RM professionals. The questions we'll answer include: Have our RM methods been effective? Are there risks out there we're not aware of? And will we be ready to respond during the next major life threatening crisis? To answers these questions, we'll focus on the four major risk areas covered under fidelity bonding programs (burglary or forced entry during non-business hours, robbery or the taking of property through the use or threat of force, internal dishonesty and embezzlement, and external fraud which included forgery, identity theft, scams, and internet crimes). We'll also focus on the three community wide crises that threaten civilization as we know it (natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and pandemics). To prepare for "Basic Training" I suggest you take the following tests. Once completed click on the answers and than on the survey results. The survey results will help you compare yourself to others who'v taken the test.
In Basic Training, you'll learn to use the incident command system and form public to private partnerships in the war against terrorism. Our motto is; Keep it simple and driven from the bottom up by volunteers within each community. Our goal is to get everyone on the same page, united by a common purpose, and heading in the same direction. Thank you for visiting www.cops007.com. Please Click here to enter our lobby.... | To my friends and mentors: September 2005 marked my 42nd year of pounding the podium to motivate and spread Risk Management (RM) wisdom around the world. I've been richly blessed with a career that's taken me to most cities in the US and countries in the free world. I've been blessed to have worked with so many good friends and professional RM mentors. Now, thanks to the internet, we're able to keep in touch, reach out, and prepare a world that's threatened by natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and an increasingly violent society. It's my sincere hope that this site will provide you with skills you'll need to manage new risks, face new challenges, accept new responsibilities, and move out with courage to prepare, protect, and defend your homeland.
